Merit Partners is pleased to present our newly acquired Ferrari F12 TDF Prototype MP4. This car is finished in Black over a Black leather and carbon fiber interior.

This 2014 Ferrari F12TDF Prototype MP4 was among those used by Ferrari in the development of the track-focused F12TDF leading up to its October 2015 release.

This prototype represents one of the finest milestones of the project and stands as a unique, evolutionary example of Ferrari’s model development process, offering an insight into the incredible engineering efforts that take a new Ferrari from concept to reality. The black interior is from the standard F12 with leather seats, plus carbon fiber accents on the dash and door panels.

Normally, such development vehicles are retired to Maranello, relegated to museums, or often disassembled after development. However, long-known for rewarding its most loyal customers, Ferrari chose to quietly sell this F12TDF development car to one of its most valued customers. Today, this prototype serves as a rolling example of Ferrari’s ethos, “form following function”. This TDF aptly celebrates and physically documents the undeniable engineering artistry that went into the development of the one the best V-12 platforms to ever emerge from Maranello. With this being the only prototype in existence, it offers collectors and enthusiasts alike an extremely special opportunity to own a piece of Ferrari history.
